The meeting will be held in Bitola - hotel Millennium and will gather representatives of public cultural institutions, civil sector, freelance artists and responsible for culture in the all nine municipalities of the Pelagonia Region. The Centre for Development of Pelagonia Region will coordinate the meeting.
The meeting will enable definition of the main goals and principals of the network; methodology of work and decision making; creation of coordination body, its mandate and selection procedures; as well as the models of regional inter-municipal and inter-institutional collaboration, starting by joint programming of the first edition of the Regional Days for Culture that will happen at the end of September, beginning of October 2012.
