Strategic planning and project management workshop
07-10 May 2012/Biotola/Hotle Millenium

Participants of the workshop will be the representatives of the public cultural institutions and representatives of the cultural sector from all nine municipalities in the Pelagonija Region.

The workshop will consist of theoretical part (lectures and case studies) and practical (work in groups on assignments). The thematic scope of the workshop will include analysis and models of development of the cultural needs; strategic treatment of the cultural projects and their impact on institutional and territorial development; stages of development, preparation and implementation of a project; instruments of strategic planning and its impact on long-term and sustainable institutional and territorial development.
