During the official working stay in the Region Lower Normandy different visits and meetings will be realised. The lists of Macedonia representatives that take active part in the visits and meetings is the following:
- Biljana Tanurovska-Kjulavkovski – Manager of Lokomotiva
- Violeta Kachakova – Project Manager in Lokomotiva, Coordinator of the project for Decentralised cooperation between Macedonia and Lower Normandy
- Krisitna Kujundzic – External collaborator, cultural policy expert from Belgrade
- Vasilcho Damcheski – Mayor of Krushevo
- Nikola Pejchinoski – Councillor for Culture in the Krushevo municipality
- Rubin Nikoloski – Representative of the Centre for Regional Development of the Pelagonija Region
- Ireena Andreevksa - Manage of NGO Art Point Gumno, Demir Hisar
- Daniela Koleska – Translator
The Macedonian group of representatives will visit different cultural and natural sites from the “Pays de la baie du mont st Michel”, and through them will be introduced to the geographical specificities, history, culture and territorial identity of this territory. The visit will include the following cities: Avranches, Mortain, le bai St James, Vains etc. Also they will visit and be introduced to the work of some cultural institutions from the “Pays” such as: “l’Ecomusée de Vains”, “Relais Culturel Régional de Ducey”, “ODIA”, “Scriptorial d’Avranches” etc. The meetings and discussions with the representatives from different public sectors related to culture from the administration the “Pays de la baie du mont st Michel” would provide information how the cultural filed is being organised in this particular territory.
Besides learning the cultural context of the “Pays” on the open discussion that will be organised in the “l’Ecomusée de Vains” on June, 29 the Macedonian group of representatives will present the model of work established in the Pelagonija Region with the different phases and results of the process for creation and implementation of the regional strategy for cultural development of the Pelagonija Region. The main goal of these presentations and exchange of information is the inclusion of the “Pays de la baie du mont st Michel” as a partner to the project in Lower Normandy, following the example of Pelagonja Region in Macedonia, and creation of a model for a territorial cultural development appropriate to the context and cultural needs of this territory. For the same day, a special agenda was done for the Mayor of Krushevo and his Cultural Councillor; an official visit to the “Community of local communities st. James” as an introductory meeting between the Mayor of Krushevo and the President of the Community. On the meeting they will discuss about different public fields that are being important and developed on both territories and see the joint fields of interest in which they can establish future collaboration as potential future twined territory.
On the June, 30 the Macedonian group of representatives will be present at the regional conference, titled: Towards new economy of art and culture? organised in Caen by the Regional Council of Lover Normandy.
In addition, during the period of stay in Lower Normandy partner meetings will be organized between Lokomotiva, Creset and the Regional Council of lower Normandy.
