When: October 2011, during iDANS 05 Festival
Where: Istanbul (TR)
The organizer, Bimeras, covers the following:
- travel
- accommodation for 30 days in Istanbul, free meals
- part-time studio (around 4 hours a day) for the whole duration of the residency, with possibility of inviting local artists/teachers as "external eye" to the working process
- admission to all performance of iDANs
- participation in workshops throughout the festival except teaching the teachers
- participation in lectures and symposiums throughout the festival
- hands on experience on the daily experiences of festival production
- exchange of ideas and contact with local and international artists and cultural operators

The participant will be required to be present 90 minutes before and 60 minutes after performances at the venues to help festival operations

Application requirements: 
- CV in English
- letter of motivation between 350-500 words in English, with information on new work to be developed during the residency
- good knowledge of English (written & spoken)
