NOMAD DANCE ACADEMY began with the Educational programme 2008, dedicated to 13 emerging artists in contemporary dance from the Balkans. These artists were living, learning, working and moving together for 3 months, creating a network for future artistic collaboration. It was a dynamic process of learning, exchange and creation and will take place in Bosnia-Herzegovina (Tanzelarija), Bulgaria (Brain Store), Croatia (Tala Dance), Macedonia (Lokomotiva – Centre for New Initiatives in Arts and Culture), Slovenia (Fico Balet) and Serbia (Station- Service for contemporary dance).
