Charles Linehan, the eminent choreographer from UK, will give a workshop for contemporary dancers and choreographers in Belgrade from 13th till 25th February.
 Workshop is supported by British Council and Dom Omladine and organised by STATION Service for Contemporary Dance Belgrade.

This workshop will be audition for performance which Charles Linehan will create for the dancers from Serbia & Montenegro and from the region (Romania, Bulgaria, Croatia, Macedonia, Bosnia and Albania). There will be two working/rehearsal periods; The first in July and the second in August, followed by the premiere.

Four selected applicants form the region will have covered accommodation costs during the workshop by British Council office in Belgrade. These participants should be available in two-three weeks rehearsal periods in July and August (information about the dates will be available soon). Selection for the workshop will be made upon submitted CVs.

This production is supported by British Council, Belgrade Summer Festival BELEF and initiated and organised by STATION.

Charles Linehan trained at the Rambert School before going on to work with various companies throughout Europe, returning to the UK in 1994 to set up his own company. Charles Linehan was resident choreographer at The Place from 1996 to 1998.
