Lokomotiva – Centre for New Initiatives in Arts and Culture , took part in Festival of new film and video, Alternative Film/Video 2005 in Belgrade, held from 7 th of December till 10 th of December 2005 in the Academic Film Centre in the Cultural Centre “Students's City" .

Lokomotiva took part in the program of the festival titled “Networks” that was dedicated to the communication and the exchange of the regional centers, to the new definition of the production and the role of the film/video, and the entire visual creation. This way of organizing and connecting the Region creates large potential for the development of the independent production and its distribution.

On the festival were presented films and videos for the following Macedonian authors: Mirna Arsovska, Vanja Dimitrova, Natasha Dimitrievska, Borjan Zafirovski, Hristina Ivanovska, Miroslav Masin, Dimitar Orovcanec, Darijan Pejovski. Selector of the Macedonian program was Natasha Dimitrievska, and Biljana Tanurovska was in the jury of the festival.
